Christmas Menus

STARTERS

Plum Tomato Soup roasted plum tomatoes served with crusty bread

Scottish Smoked Salmon. smoked salmon with a crème fraîche potato salad and lime dressing.

Cognac & Chicken liver Pâté, on toasted brioche with a red onion marmalade

Goats Cheese Hash Goat’s cheese encased in a potato hash, crisply fried and served with fresh appple sauce and and a winter green salad

Trio of Roasted Peppers Roasted peppers tossed with pine nuts and a watercress salad in a fresh orange dressing.

MAINS

Roast Turkey with bacon wrapped chipolata and all the trimmings.

Scottish Salmon Fillet with a chardonnay reduction, broccoli and creamed potatoes

Roasted Scottish Beef with Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings.

Winter Vegetable Strudel. with a rich roast tomato coulis and all the trimmings.

Pan Fried Duck Breast with spinach, poached pears, creamed potatoes and a sweet red wine reduction.

Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce.

Dark Chocolate Tart with chantilly cream and cognac soaked morello cherries
