Parsnip Soup served with crusty bread

Chicken Liver Parfait with wedges of fresh orange on melba toast.

Prawn and Avocado Salad with a brandy maire rose sauce

Chestnut and Sweet Potato Cakes on mixed leaves with homemade Apricot Chutney

MAINS

Roast Turkey with Bacon Wrapped Chipolata, Herb Stuffing, Bread Sauce & Roast Jus

Scottish Salmon Fillet pan fried and served on Braised Red Cabbage with a mustard, white wine and parsley sauce

Roasted Rib of Prime Scottish Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, Red wine & Thyme Jus

Baked Vegetable Terrine. Layers of Peppers, Courgettes, Mushrooms and Aubergine with roasted Potatoes and a Vegetable and Cranberry Jus.
