Christmas Menus

STARTERS

Pumpkin soup served with crusty bread

Home made Beetroot Gravlax Cured smoked salmon with a crème fraîche potato salad and lime dressing.

Sautéed Chicken Livers cooked with mushrooms in red wine and served on toasted brioche

Goats Cheese Hash Goat’s cheese encased in a potato hash, crisply fried and served with fresh appple sauce and and a winter green salad

Trio of Roasted Peppers Roasted peppers tossed with pine nuts and a watercress salad in a fresh orange dressing.

MAINS

Roast Turkey with bacon wrapped chipolata and all the trimmings.

Scottish Salmon Fillet with sorrel sauce, brocolli and potato daupanoise

Roasted Scottish Beef with Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings.

Winter Vegetable Strudel. with wild mushroom sauce and watercress salad.
Pan Fried Duck Breast with wilted spinach, poached apricots and sweet potato.
